By accessing or using any eBelong LLC ("eBelong", "we", "us") website, application, or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
eBelong provides AI-integrated software architecture, engineering services, and AI-powered products (including shopping agents and human-agent handoff tools) for enterprise and e-commerce clients.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity under your account.
All content, software, and materials provided as part of our services remain the property of eBelong LLC or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.
Where services are offered on a paid basis, fees are as described at the time of purchase or in your service agreement. Payments are processed securely via third-party payment processors; eBelong does not store full payment card details.
Each party agrees to protect the confidentiality of non-public information shared in connection with the services, using at least the same degree of care it uses to protect its own confidential information.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, eBelong shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
We may suspend or terminate access to our services at any time for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which eBelong LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
